ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES.
WORK OF REPRESENTATION COMMISSIONERS.
(.BPEOIAti TO "TUB PRESS.")
WELLINGTON, July 31. There is somo talk in tho lobbies regarding the leakage of . information as to the doings of the Representation Commissioners. Certainly moro infor* mation than is usual appears to havo boon made public before tho presentation of the report. Ono member, referring to the matter to-day, stated very emphatically that the public should not at this stage be made acquainted with the fact tnat one extra seat was going to the North Island, instead of two or three, as was expected. There also appears to bo somo leakage in respect to possible alteration of boundaries.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TEtEGKAM.) WELLINGTON, July 31. The North Island section of tho Kopresentation Commission has practically completed its report, but the South Island members of the (Commission havo a moro difficult task with the extended boundaries due to the reduced number of seats, and their work is hardly likely to end until another week has elapsed. Then tho provisional boundaries will be gazetted.
