Thero was a good attendance at the Rangiora markets yesterday. In the] stock sale tho entry was 1600 sheep, of ■ ■which 300 wero fat, 100 cattle, and 100, pigs. Prices were: —Fat lambs, 125.t0 ' 14s; fat wethers. 16s to 17s sd; fat! ewea, 12s to 16s; medium, 9s to lis 6d ; store hoggets, ICe 3d to 12s; sound-. mouth ewes in lamb, 12s 6d to His; failing mouths, 8s 6d to lis; store | wethers, 13s 6d to 15s. Cattle—Fat : cows, £6 to £9 os; 18 months' heifers, £4: yearlings, £1 15s to £2 6s; i enringers, £5 to £10; old cows to £2 10s. Pigs—Baconers, 45s to 62s 6d; porkers, . 35s to 40s: stores. 15s to 275; small; pigs, 10s 3d to 10s 6d.
