LINCOLN.
At the annual meeting of the Lincoln Public Library, on Wednesday, a strong committee wns appointed to reorganise affairs. It was agreed to open tho Library thrice* weekly in future, and provide reading matter, and entertainment for the public, particularly the youths of tho community. It was decided to call a public meeting to raiso funds, and with the Goyernmont subsidy build a reading-room as a Coronation memorial.
