GERALDINE MARKET.
The fortnightly salo at Geraldine brought forward an entry of about 3000 sheen, besides cattle and pips, but the last-named wore slow of sale. The prices realised for sheep were more than equal to lato rates, having regard to quality. Following were the prices: —Sheep:' Fat ewes, 2o at 9s. '20 al Kb lOd, 2-5 at 12s 3d; fat wethers: 22 at 13s Od, 20 at las; wether hoggets: 42 at 13s M; ewe hoggets: GO at 13s Id, ■lo at 15s tid, 38 at 16s, 48 at 17s; mixed hoggets: 22 at 10s lid; twotooth ewes: 129 at 13s Gd, 56 at Jos; ewes and lambs (all counted): 127 at 7s 9d, 147 at Bs, 272 at 10s Bd. Cattle: Springers £6 os, £7, £7 2s 6d. £8. Pigs: Weaners os, fo Gd, 9s, and 10s; stores 14s Gd.
