AGREEMENT IN RESTRAINT OF TRADE. United Fress Association—By Electrio Telegra.h— Copyright. LONDON, November 30. Mr Justice Warrington, in the Chancery Division, has given judgment for tho Amalgamated Railwaymen in an action in which Osborne (of Osborne judgment fame) sought a declaration that his expulsion from and the dissolution of the W 7 althamstow branch wero illegal. The judgment held that the agreement which the members entered into on joining the Socioty was illegal, as being in restraint of trade.
