NOW FLYING NICARAGUAN FLAG. United Press Association—By ElectrU Telegraph—Copyright .MELBOURNE, December 1. The Harbour Trust has considered the unseaworthy state of tho steamer Papanui. Tho owners want to go elsewhere to effect repairs, but refuse to state whero they wish to go. Tho Trust has decided to interview the Marine Board on the matter. The Papanui is now flying the Nicaraguan flag.
