(PRESS ASSOCIATION TEIEGBAMS.) WELLINGTON. November 28. Tho Council of tho New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association held its annual meeting this_ evening. Tho president, Mr A. Marfyatt, in moving the adoption of the report, said the Council should consider if it could arrange for a visit this year of a team of American or Old Country athletes, or else endeavour to brine Wheatley and Davis over. During the year the Council would have to consider the question of representation at tho Olympic Games, at Stockholm, in 1912; also matters in connection with tho Australasian championship meeting, to be held in New Zealand in 1911, or early in I°l2. The following officers were elected: —President, Mr A. Marryatt; vice-presidents, Messrs E. C. Chaffey and W. F. Larkin; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr W. G. Talbot; hon. auditor. Mr C. D. Morneth. The next New Zealand championship meeting trns allotted to the Canterbury centre.
