DARFIELD MARKET.
On Friday, at Darfield market, there was a very limited yarding of sheep and lambs, only 170" being penned, about half each fats and stores. Very few farmers and buyers put in an appearance, and the small yarding was against good competition.' Fat lambs made 13s M, shorn fat crossbred wethers los, ewes 9s Cd. The stores tailed to find a buyer by auction.
