PROVISION FOR COLONIAL PREFERENCE.
(Received March 19th. 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 19. Thc "Standard's" New York correspondent reports that the Tariff Bill includes provision for not applying the maximum retaliatory rates against British colonies granting preferential duties to tho Mother Country.
