DETAILS OF THE BILL. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. WASHINGTON, March 18. Tho Tariff Bill is intended for the readjustment of the Dingley Tariff. It will increase tho revenue by from £8,000,000 to £10,000,000. It will reduce duties 01 third-class wools. It will admit iron ore>, tallow, and hides duty free, and reduces solo leather by 15 per cent. Tho Bill contains a clause in retaliation against the British patents legislation.
