The New South Wales Rugby League ia in a state of ferment, the Executive being charged by delegates with mismanagement. Ono delegate complained that the balance-sheet gavo no information as to certain unauthorised trust accounts, nor did it show what became of tho proceeds of certain matches, notably the matches with tho Maori team. Mr Truan-per stated that everything would be eihown when the financial statement, now in course of preparation, was presented. Tho meeting elected a new executive
