Admiral Sperry, before leaving, unofficially announced tho probability of the American Cruiser Squadron now proceeding to Samoa, visiting Australia, but said that as it was crossing the Pacific for training purposes only, it would not expect any public reception. THE ANTI-TRUST ACT. (Received September 2_ih, 12.55 a.m.) MELBOURNE, September 25. Summonses have been obtained by the Federal Crown Solicitor against tho Huddart-Parkor Company for having refused to answer questions put to them under tho Anti-Trust Act. The questions had reference to the alleged coal vend agreement between the coalowners and tho steamship companies. The case will be heard on Monday.
