FATAL TRAM COLLISION. NEW YORK, September 24. Two electric trams at Philadelphia collided in a fog. Seven persons -were killed and 72 maimed. TYPHOON IN THE PHILIPPINES. MANILA, September 21. A t3-phoon in the Philippines has caused great loss of life and property in Samar, Seyte, Luzon, Panay, Masbok, and Romblon. No further details aro vet available.
