AMBERLEY.
A meeting of the Morris-tub© Club was held recently, when there was a large, attendance. Mr R. S< Turner was in the chair. The tenders of Mr A. H. Weeberr for a new club room and orange were accepted. Tho Building Committee reported that tho required amount of shares would be taken up by the time the building was completed. The subscription for the season was fixed at 5s per member, this being for the use of the club room and range three nights -weekly. - The following officers ire-re • elected :— Patron, Mr A. W. Rutherford, M.P.; president, Mr B. Borland; vice-presi-dents, Dr. Baldwin, Messrs Boddington, Savage, Franks, Payne,-H. H. McLean, G. N*. McLean, Greig, Lewton, and J. J. Smith; captain, Mr E. Chamberlain; vice-captain, Mr F. A. Buscn; range secretary, Mr W. Holton/club secretary, Mr P. Luisetti; Management Committee, Messrs Lewis, W. Frew, Turner, Hunter, and T. Chamberlain; Building Trustees, Messrs Turner; E. Chamberlain, and P: Luisetti; custodian, Mr Geo. .Yates.
