GREAT CONCENTRATION IN THE
NORTH SEA

LONDON, October 14
The Noie division of the Home Fleet combines to-day with the Atlantic and Channel Fleets, under Admiral Lord Chirles Bercsforde command. Tho combined fleet will engage lor four days in secret tacticel exeroisos in the North Sea, and will then make a lengthy study of tho problem of torpedo attacks and defence. It is the first time for fifty years that 100 warships have been concentrated in the North Sea.
