Tho Emperor of Austria is suffering from influenza, bronchitis, and intermittent fever. The doctors declare that there is no cause for serious apprehension. The visit of the King and Queen of Spain to Vienna has been postponed. (Received October 14th, 11.57 p.m.) LONDON, October 14. The "Daily Mail's" Vienna correspondent states that the Emperor's physicians are mainly anxious about signs of senilo weakness. Tho latest bulletin states that the action of the heart is satisfactory. The Emperor insists on transacting business. Ho misses his usual exercise and when questioned as regard- his health he replied, "Bad, very bad."
