THE TRANSVAAL OUTLOOK.
VIEWS OF MEMBERS OF THE PROGRESSIVE PARTY.
Mr Abo Bailey, th? Rand millionaire, and Sir Percy Fitzpatrick, the delegates from the Transvaal Progressive Party, are returning to South Africa.
Intcaviewod in Southampton, Mr Bailey complained that the Liberals were opposing any form of indvutured labour for the development of the Transvaal. Sir Percy Fitzpatrick anticipated a small British majority on the main issues, owing to the presence of two clearly deiined policies and tho recognition of the danger of the British allowing themselves to be split into factions when the Boer organisation in tho Hot Yolk is as solid as ono man.
