THE ADVANCE POSTPONED.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Oapyrig-t. (Received November 24th, 10.13 p.m.) LONDON, November 23. Two of the Ogaden Somali tribes, in the Milmil country, are co-operating with the British in preventing the Mullah from escaping between the British and Abysninian forces. Pending the occupation of wells which will assure a supply of water,, a general udvance in Somaliland has been postponed to the end of December. General Cobbe i« already entrenched at Galadi.
