Hartagan, £8 Sβ 6dj A. Wile<Hi and Co. v Mrs Eliza Jonnson, £4 18s; T. N. Horsley v J. Kcst, £4 3s. JUDGMENT SUMMONS CASES. In the judgment summons case, J. W. McAlpine (Mr Francis) V. John Wild (Mr Johnston), claim £10 6s 6d, the debtor appeared., Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., reserrod nis decision. Hie debtor also appeared in the caee trustees of the late D. S. Bowman (Mx KusSeE) t. G«k Perkine (Mr Hunt), claim £11 lls 6d. The case was adjourned till Monday. A OASE REVIVED. * r # r Walter Goodman (Mr Hajvey) stted Thomas Fox (Mr Joynt) for £50. The claim arose out of an assault made upon Goodman by FoS, late in the evening of the 26th October. The case was heard before the Court some time ago, and at .the trial the defence sought to prove that Gbodmah had struck the first blovf. Fo£ -was then convicted, and fined £6. The resurrection of the case before the Civil Court, Mt Harvey explained, tras on account Of ! additional evidence to be given by Constable Carmody, vfho had not been previously called. The claim was for doctor's expenses and damagee. . The evidence of Constable Carmody Teas to the effect that after the assault hie saw men running away, and spoke to the plaintiff* , Owing to the examination of witnesses in the afternoon in the Ariadne case, proceedings were adjourned at one o'clock until the 6th January.
