ANOTHER TORPEDO-BOAT COLLISION.
United Press Association—<By Eleetrio Telegraph—Crfpyright. (Received October 22nd, 8.56 a.m.) LONDON, October 21. A collision occurred at Malta between the torpedo boat destroyer Dragon and the finsb-class torpedo gunboat Ham&r, causing damage to the bow of the latter and stern of the former/ [The Dragon, which- Tvas built in 1894, is of 295 tons, has ' sir guns, and can steam 27.14 knots ah" hour. The Harrier was built in the -same year, is of 10/0 tons, with two guns, and can steam 19 knots. The latter vessel , only recently joined the Mediterranean squadron.] '
