CANTERBURY CRICKET ASSOCIATION.
A meeting of the Junior Cup Committee of the Canterbury Cricket Association was held at the Clarendon Hotel on Satifrday night, when Mr Treweek occupied the chair, and there wore present Messrs 0. CaygilJ, D. Jack, Jameson, and A. J. Barge (lion, sec.)
An application from the Midland and Lancaster Park Clubs for a third Saturday for their match, at present in progress was granted.
After considerable discussion the secretary was instructed to register a loss against any teams not keeping their engagements. It was decided to go on with, the Presideut's and Vice-President's Cup matches in the same order as in the first round, and the following grounds were fixed:—President's Cup—First series: Sydenham v College, at College '. Midland v High School, at Hagley Park; Lancaster Park v Lyttelton, at Lyttelton: United a bye. Second series: United v Lyttelton, at Hagley Park; Sydenham v High School, at Sydenham ; Midland v College, at College; Lancaster Park a bye. Vice-President's Cup matches— First series: Lancaster Park B v Sydenham A, at Sydenham ; Lancaster Park A v Sydenham >B, at Sydenham; Midland y College, at College; High School v United, at Hagley Park. Second series: Lancaster Park B v United. at Hagley Park; Sydenham A v Midland, at Hagley Park; College v Sydenham B, at College; Lancaster Pane A v High School, at Hagley Park. The secretary was instructed to write to the Sydenham and Addington Club calling their attention to the unfair inclusion of *a member of their club in their Vice-Preei-dent's Cup team, anu asking them to Justify their action.
