STRATFORD, May 21. A story has been going the round of the Press that at Stratford the Judge of the Assessment Court hart reduced the valuations of _Il«. town ol Stratford from £1120,000 to 580,000. This is incorrect. The total reductioa-i made amount to barely £3000.
