London, August 23. A meeting of Anarchists held itt Trafalgar square, London, passed a resolution condemning the treatment meted out to Spanish prisoners. Tha populace, however, rapidly brought tho meeting to a close, hooting the speakers and singing " God Sawe tbe Queen."
