Constantinople, August 28. An Armenian has confessed to being implicated in the recent bomb-throwing outrages.
The Porte requested Bulgaria to disperse the revolutionary Committee •whioh exists at Varna, and which is suspected of originating the recent outrages.
Two hundred suspects have been arrested in Constantinople, and a qxiantity of dynamite has been seized at Scutari.
