SUGGESTED CONTINENTAL
ALLIANCE.
_»r«_ Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. Paris, August 21. Tbe Figaro, in an article, suggests it would be better if tbe AlsaceLorraine quarrel was left to the next generation, to settle, advocating in the meantime a Franco-Prussian-German coalition against Great Britain.
