(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, May 21.

At the Magistrate's Court tuis morning Mr H. W. Northcroft gave hia decision in the case brought by the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy against James Whiteiaw, a bankrupt, for noc having kept such books of accounts as were usual in the business carried on by him, and in such a manner as to disclose his true financial position. His Worship committed him for trial. Bail was allowed on accused's own recognisances of £50, and one surety of £25.
