Bodice trimmings are very elaborate and . are chiefly made of lace. Marie Antoinette fichus will be again, much worn; the fronts are crossed and secured with a rosette on either side of the front at the waist. Sashes, tied in large bows at the back, are made of wide ribbon, of soft silk, or of silk muslin with fringed or lace-trimmed ends. They are very pretty in black .silk muslin trimmed with white en dresses of black and white check silk, of which the bodices are trimmed with black satin, or eilk muslin, and white lace correspond.
