Monday, F_amuaky 26. (Before H. W. Bishop, Esq., R.M., and E. Feldwick, Esq., Mayor.) Destitute Persons Act.—Sir Andrew La Fleming was charged with disobeying an order of the Court in neglecting to pay amount ordered towards the support of hia moLher. Defendant, who did not appear, was ordered to pay arrears, £5 6b, within , two weeks, or be imprisoned for three months with hard labour. Civil Cases:—Judgment was given fop plaintiffs in J. Sims v Wepu Hops, claim * £1 Oa 8d; Official Assignee v Wilson Wi and wife, claim £3 7s lid; in Official Assignee y Mrs Wbitan, claim £1 14s 9d, judgment* was for 18a; W. Eckeroley v Wepu Hopa, adjpurned for one week.
