WAIPARA.
The mouthly meetinu of this Board, which was fixed for the 6th inst., lapsed for want of a quorum, only two members, Messrs James Littla aud G. D. Greenwood being present. Accounts amounting to £179 7a lid were passed'for payment and ordinary routine buoiness trausacted. The next meeting of tho Board will take place ou 6th March next.
