The monthly meeting of this Board wal held on Thursday the Ist instant. Present —Messrs Duncan (Chairmau), Hodges and Million. A survey was ordered to be made of the proposed alteration of road on Horsford Downs, tho property of Dr. Prins. I Ratepayers in arrears to be informed, by 1 circular, that all ratoa must be paid by the j cud of tho mouth. A member ot the Board j offered to inspect anil report on the application from Rudd Bros., Lee'a Valley. Tenders to be called for clearing gorse oo Tracey road, aud notices to be scut to occupiers liable to clear. Kxteuaion of time was grauted to the contractor for Round Hill cutting. The proposal of tho Charitable Aid Board, re method of payment of contribution, was left for consideration of a full Board. Contracts 57, 58, and 59 to be tendered for at next meeting, March Ist. The Kuku Pass road to bo inspected and reported on. The Board decided to prescribe Monday rm the day on which Poaud sales shall bo held, iv accordance with section 4J of tho Impounding Act. Accounts amounting to £3o were passed for payment.
