Thursday, Jolt 13. (Before Mr C. A. Wray, R.M.) . Breach or By-laws.—R. Alcorn was charged, on the information of W. de B> Compton, with allowing sheep to grata on the public roads. Compton gave evidence that a number of sheep belonging to defendant had been allowed to graze on tiia roads, though the sheep were in charge of a driver. Defendant stated he w_ not aware the sheep had beeu allowed to gr&zs in ths manner stated, and if it hid been doas it was contrary to his instructions.
