Thursday, Jclt 13. (Before T. Dyer, Esq., J.P.) Aixego Larcesy.— Joseph Davies, a young man out on probation, was charred with the larceny, at Pleasant Point, of & silver watch, belonging- lo John Harper. The police applied for the accused tc be remanded to Timaru for July 21st, which was granted.
