Civil Cases.—J. P. Kalaugher v Thos. Egan, claim £2 lis judgment summons. The case was adjourned lor four weeks to allow of the balance being paid. Official Assignee in the estate of W. Lawson v R. S. Cook, claim £9 3s lOd. Mr F. Wilson Smith appeared for plaintiff, and Mr J. W. White for defendant. This was a claim for goods supplied, part of which was disputed by defendant.
