ANOTHER CENTENARY CELEBRATION. The Roman Catholics of New South Wales intend to hold a special celebration of the centenary of the colony, and invitations have been issued to ail tbe prelates of that denomination in the various colonies. VICTORIAN PARLIAMENT. Melboubse, November 9. In the Legislative Assenibly yesterday, the Government announced their intention to abandon the most vital clauses in the licensing Bills now before the House. THE SMALLPOX OUTBREAK. Melboubxe, November 9. No fresh eases of smallpox are reported from Tasmania, but quarantine is still strictly enforced upon vessels arriving from that colony.
