In the Legislative Assenibly yesterday, the Government announced their intention to abandon the most vital clauses in the licensing Bills now before the House. THE SMALLPOX OUTBREAK. Melboubxe, November 9. No fresh eases of smallpox are reported from Tasmania, but quarantine is still strictly enforced upon vessels arriving from that colony.
