Tuesday, March 10. [Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M., and A. H. Cunningham, Esq., J.P.j CATTLE TREBPABB ORDINANCE. J. Kelcher, for allowing cattle to stray on a public road, was fined ss, and costs Oβ 6d, SLAUGHTER HOUSE ORDINANCE. Licenses under this Ordinance were granted to J. Doran, A. and O. Cunningham, and W. De Moulin. CIVIL CASES. J. Taylor v J. Doran, claim £6, trespass damages. Mr Clark appeared for the defendant. The case which had been twice previously adjourned, was further adjourned till the 24th inst. T. Saddler vW. Williama claim £10. Mr Clark appeared for the plaintiff. The claim was to recover a deposit paid for land ; judgment for defendant. G. F. Howard v J. Skilton, claim £i 2a 6d; adjourned till 24th inst,
