SATUBDAY, APBIL 12. (Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.) Lakceny—John Healey, arrested by Ser-geant-Major Barsham, was brought up on the above charge. David Gazans, boardingbouse proprietor, deposed that the prisoner was in his house on Thursday, and shortly after leaving he missed a Mackintosh, which was afterwards traced to prisoner's possession, and which he said he had sold. The Bench sentenced the prisoner to two months' imprisonment.'
