COMMON DRAINAGE FOR THE STRAND
“That the Sanitary Inspector be asked to organise the owners and occupiers of buildings in the Strand in connection with the provision of a common sewerage drain.” The Whakatane Borough Council adopted this resolution on the x recommendation of the finance and electricity committee on Monday night.
