THRILL FOR FIVE PASSENGERS
(P.A 1 Invercargill, Aug. 19. A Dominie aircraft carrying five passengers lost height suddenly a few seconds after taking off from the Invercargill airfield at midday yesterday. The machine skidded on landing and was brought to a standstill within a chnin of n ditch bordering the field. None of the passengers was hurl;. The nort motor stopped soon after the plane was airborne.
