ARMS FOR GREECE AND TURKEY COMMUNIST LEADERS FALL OUT London, March 17. In Washington President Truman has given Congress a review of the use Greece and Turkey had made of the military aid they had had from the United States. He said that so far over £7O 000,000 had been allocated to Greece, and over £24,000,000 to Turkey. Mr Truman said there were signs 'hat since the beginning of this year he t ap turning in Greece, but that this did not necessarily mean a legal victory for the Government forces. The President said there was growing dissension among the Communist military leaders. He said that Turkey had made a sincere effort to use American aid to improve her armed forces. Largescale manoeuvres showed a high degree of skill.
