NEW TREATY WITH IRAQ
SIGNING AT PORTSMOUTH TODAY

Members of the British Government and Chiefs of Staff wilhaccompany Mr Bevin to Portsmouth tomorrow for the signing of the new Anglo-Iraq treaty. After the ceremony, the Iraq delegates will lunch aboard Nelson's famous flagship Victory.
