SECOND DAY OF FAST
GANDHI CONTINUES NORMAL ACTIVITIES
London, Jan. 14
Mr Gandhi, now on the second day of his fast in New Delhi, has attended his prayer meeting as usual. He has also had a conference with Ministers of the Indian Government, including Mr Nehru. He has also met the ruler of the most important of the Sikh States. Mr Gandhi has undertaken this fast in an effort to establish goodwill between India and Pakistan.
