CAR AND TRUCK COLLIDE
ACCIDENT ON ROAD TO TE PUKE
A motor-car was fairly extensively damaged on the Tauranga-Te Puke highway late on Saturday afternoon. The accident occurred shortly before .6 p.m. on a slight curve in the road about five miles from ranga.
The motor-car was being driven towards Tauranga by Mr Arthur Witt, of Tauranga, while the motortruck was being driven towards Te Puke. The driver of the motortruck failed to stop, and the Police are endeavouring to ascertain his name.
