GANG LEADERS CAPTURED
TRAFFIC IN BLACK MARKET GOODS ARRESTS NEAR GERMANY'S FRONTIERS ! London, jSept. 23. The capture of the leaders of an international gang which has smuggled hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of black market, goods into and out of Germany, was anounced to-day at Hamburg in the British zone. It was disclosed that in the past month about 1000 arrests had been made near Germany's frontiers with Holland, Belgium and Denmark.
