INCIDENTS IN COLOGNE AREA Disturbances Marked By Nazi Tendencies Principles Of Democracy Not Appreciated London, Sept. 23. Incidents at political meetings in the Cologne area in the British zone of Germany may lead to such meetings being suspended, according to a statement by the Military Governor. Recent disturbances by members of opposition parties are said to have been marked by Nazi tendencies. The statement says that many of the public are still unable to appreciate the simplest principles of democracy.
