ARRIVAL IN LONDON
ARCHBISHOP OF COLOGNE London, Sept. 23. The Archbishop of Cologne arrived in London to-day. He is the first Reman Catholic Cardinal to visit Britain from Germany for 21 years. He was met on his arrival by the Archbishop or Westminster. He hopes to visit Germans in prisoner-of-war camps. •
