PERSONAL
At the annual meeting of the Tauranga Bowling Club on Monday evening, Mr A. W. Miller was elected a life member of the club. The president (Mr B. C. Perriman) made a presentation to Mr Miller, who is leaving the district, and he was accorded musical honours. Mr Miller has been a member of the club since 1917.
