TE PUKE NOTES
FOOTBALL (From Our Correspondent) There will be no matches in Te Puke Itself this Saturday as three local teams are playing away. The local senior reresentatives are travelling to Waihi, the Papamoa juniors to Katikati, and the Old Boys juniors to Maketu, where they will contest the Championship final with Rangiuru.
The following members have been invited to travel to Wnihi. Backs: Perrett, Hickey, McKenzie, . Stapleton, "VVlikinson, McConnell,, Oxenham, Sherman. Forwards: Satherly, Johnstone, Hughes. Wickcliffe, Ruebe, Nicholson, Barker, Webber, Johnson. The Papamoa team has been selected as follows: Patene, Rolleston, Tapsell, Alexander, Wilkins, Webby, McGillivray, Haywood. Rolleston, Tapsell, Hoko, Williams, Rene, McCauley, Bensen. The Old Boys fifteen will be selected from the following.;- McNaughton, Goodwin, Saunders, McKenzie, Mansell, Farrelly,- Gemming (2), Gordon (2), Steere, Valder, Mackesy, Harrison, Freeman, Goodwin, Blows.
