The South Auckland Rifle Association’s meeting opened on the Wallii range yesterday. Results;
Paeroa Match, 200 yds.—Draffln (Akaroh), Atkins (Unatoki), &. J, Verall (City), possible, £2 each; Kiddie (Tauranga), Powell (Akarana), 49, £1 each.
Paeroa Match 300 yards.— Simmonds (City) 47, £3; Colquhoun and Powell (Akarana), 46, £2 each; Jenkinson (Paeroa), Reston (City) '45, £1 each.
Service Match.—Simmonds (City), Oliver (Tauranga), 52, 25s each; Derok (Akarana), Judkin (City), 33, 15s each.
