Malinoff's Opinion.
Sofia, Sept 30 M. Malinoff has refused to cooperate in M. UadoslavolFs Cabinet, believing that Bulgaria ought to be cv the side of the Quadruple Entente. M. Touchell and M Belakof have re-entered the Cabinet. Situation Regarded as Serious. Kec Oct 1, 7 35 p m Athens, Sept 30 M. Venczelos, Premier, in a speech in the Chamber of Deputies, said notwithstanding mutual "Greek and Bulgarian assurances that mobilisation had no aggressive aim the situation must be regarded as serious. Mobilisation leads to enormous expenditure and ics prolongation endangers peace. The danger was.greater when one of the mobdised countries showed without disguise thai the territorial status quo established by treaty was unsatisfactory. Only simultaneous demobilisation will eliminate' the
danger.
