I Paris, Sept _;0 [ Lie Le Temps correspondent at Nish estimates that half-a-million Austro-German. are massed on the Serbian frontier, including 350,000 Germans. Athens, Sept 30 Bulgaria will reinforce the GrecoSerbian frontier. Three divisions have been sent to iMaronia, ihree others to Fornecf, and a large force to L/edeagatch in case of an attack by sea. Four German submarines were seen at Varna. German Officers at Sofia. A French official wireless message states that German officers are at Sofia, conferring with the Bulgarian stall" in preparation for an anti-Serbian campaign.
